Two Week Trial Period
Every member will have a two week trial period. During that time if you feel like the FC is not your place feel free to leave no questions asked. If we feel like it's not a good fit, we'll let you know why.

Rules

To ensure a fun and respectful environment for all members, we’ve established a few guidelines. These rules are designed to foster a friendly, inclusive space where everyone can enjoy their time in Eorzea, connect with like-minded individuals, and be part of our furry community. Please take a moment to review them to help us keep things running smoothly!

Be Nice
Personal attacks, bigotry, hate speech, bullying, serious threats, racism, and any discrimination (sexism, xenophobia, nationalism, homophobia, etc) of any kind will not be tolerated.Divisive Subjects
We don’t want to restrict healthy discussion of topics like politics and religion. If you are unable to participate in a respectful manner do not. There is also a difference between discussing these topics and spreading misinformation.Disciplinary Action
We will try to resolve issues with open communication. If it’s deemed that what you said was odious and hateful you’ll at least be notified on why the decision was made for your dismissal.Harassment
Please do not harass other players/members. It's okay to ask for help but do not repeatedly ask someone until they give in. If they do not wish to help you respect their choice. We all pay a sub and should be able to freely play the game as we wish. Don’t belittle someone on how they play a class, we’re all learning.RMT
Real Money Trading—including buying or selling gil, items, services (like clears or mounts), or accounts for real-world currency—is strictly prohibited.
This violates the Final Fantasy XIV Terms of Service and can result in account suspension or permanent bans from Square Enix.Conduct Policy
Any behavior—whether in-game, on social platforms, or in external communities—that harms the reputation of the Free Company or creates a hostile environment for others may result in immediate and permanent dismissal. Members are expected to represent OnlyFurs with respect, integrity, and inclusivity at all times.Demotion
Members may be demoted for a variety of reasons, including extended inactivity, consistent disregard for FC rules, abuse of permissions or perks (such as housing access, chest usage, or leadership tools), or no longer meeting the expectations of their current rank.
Demotion is not inherently punitive—it serves to maintain a healthy, functional community structure. Communication and clarity will always be prioritized before any action is taken.Active Status
Members are expected to maintain an active presence within the Free Company by logging in regularly, participating in events, or staying engaged through chat.
Members who have not remained active for six months or more—without prior communication—may be subject to demotion or removal from the Free Company.
We understand that breaks happen! If you need time away, for longer than the time period mentioned above, just let staff know to preserve your rank and status.Contact Staff

Ranks

Our rank system reflects each member's level of involvement and time spent with the Free Company. New members begin with a brief trial period and gradually unlock access to additional features such as FC rooms, chest tabs, and the coveted Free Company Workshop. Higher ranks recognize long-term commitment, while leadership roles like "Stinky Founder" and "Offurcer" help manage the community and maintain a welcoming environment for all.If youre a free company member, and believe we missed advancing you please contact someone on staff.

Stinky Founder

Responsibilities:
-Serves as the creator and overall leader of the Free Company
-Sets the tone, values, and long-term vision for the community
-Appoints officers and oversees leadership structure
-Maintains and manages FC resources, including housing, workshop, and permissions
-Handles final decisions on disputes, policy, and direction
-Acts as the face of the FC—both within the game and the broader community
-Keeps the vibe weird, welcoming, and full of fur

Umbral Offurcer

Responsibilities:
-Oversees FC infrastructure: rank management, permissions, housing systems, and workshop/gardening operations
-Handles conflict resolution and escalated member concerns
-Helps shape long-term goals and internal policy with the FC leader
-Acts as a senior leader and advisor within the offurcer teamRequirements:
-Deeply trusted, long-standing member (typically 1+ year)
-Demonstrates leadership, discretion, and reliability
-Actively involved in FC planning, logistics, and behind-the-scenes work
-Appointed directly by the Stinky Founder

Astral Offurcer

Responsibilities:
-Helps run the FC: event planning, member support, managing housing/chest
-Trusted to represent FC values and keep things running smoothly
-Has moderation privileges and some leadership decisionsRequirements:
-Long-standing, trusted member (typically 1+ year)
-Highly active and communicative
-Appointed directly by Stinky Founder

UwUltima

Requirements:
-1+ year of membership
-Has significantly contributed to the FC's growth, culture, or identity
-Has earned a lifetime respect in the Free Company
-Offurcer approvalPerks:
-Future Offurcers will be chosen from this Rank
-Eligible to purchase Company Actions

Requirements:
-6 months to 1 year of consistent membership
-Continued contributions, leadership, or strong social presence
-Seen as a community pillar: welcoming, knowledgeable, and engaged
-Offurcer approval + optional member recommendationPerks:

Aetherpaw

Requirements:
-3+ months in the FC
-Regularly contributes to events, support, or FC goals

Requirements:
-1+ month in the FC

Requirements:
-Completed two week trial period
-Logs in regularly (or communicates if away)
